Perform tasks such as finding and booking venues, liaising with clients, handling logistics, managing budgets and invoicing, managing risk and presenting post-event reports.

Responsible for managing the operations of the volunteers, including recruitment, training and scheduling of individual and group volunteers and

interns.

Communicating with vendors to ensure they have necessary information and resources to provide agreed upon services

Overseeing staff/vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that may arise during an event

Including but not limited to registration, decor, and gift/trinket preparation

We Need Your Help! We’re calling on individuals and organizations to join us as volunteers. It’s a fantastic way to get involved, meet new people, and contribute to the success of this beloved community event.
